What are the most effective ways to increase my standing stamina?

24M 6’4 ~300 lbs.

For context, I spent the last several years effectively bedrotting due to a mix of depression, having no job, and not having a lot going on in my life. However, I’m trying to turn my life around and finally landed a job after who knows how many applications and interviews. I’m working at Chipotle full time, which is not very intensive work at all, but it does mean have to be standing for basically 8 hours straight with only a 30 min lunch break.

I had my first day today and was totally caught off guard by how taxing this was for me. Not only am I in pain and sore, but I have a massive knot between my shoulders, and my spine is all out of wack. I halfway through I got to sit down for the rest of the shift for online training. This won’t be the case for future shifts.

I really want to keep this job and give my all, but I’m afraid my physical state is massively holding me back. So, I need your help. What are the best exercises, stretches, anything I can do regularly to improve my stamina as fast as possible. I’m considering asking to go part time because of this, but I want to put in the effort to be healthier.

Can y’all help me out?

Hi, I’m in a tricky situation where my license expired last year. I need to get it renewed for identification to start a new job. On the DMV website it says the only things you need if renewing in person are a renewal form, your old license, and payment. However, I’ve seen conflicting information online of people saying you need things like your SSN card, proof of residency, and a whole host of other things. I don’t have any of those and need to know if I need to get on that before I can renew my license. Thank you!
