I recently got my Victor LTD with the ey4 v2. From when i got it i put through 140km but the damn suspension is stiff its very bumpy in my country so when i go for a ride sometimes the tires slide and once it bounced up the whole rear of the scooter and i fell: ( So plz how do i make it softer?

I got my first dualtron escooter which i choose later on as victor limited pro. What are y'all recommend to do ? What mods do i need
