Completed setting up a 3D Printing setup at home.

Completed setting up a 3D Printing setup at home.

Been wanting to get into 3D printing for a long time, mainly because I enjoy building and experimenting with small DIY projects at home. After watching tutorials and seeing what people were creating, I finally decided to set up a small dedicated corner for it instead of trying to squeeze everything onto my regular desk.

One thing I realized pretty quickly was that 3D printing setups can get messy fast between the printer itself along with the tools and spare parts and cables. I wanted something sturdy with enough space to organize everything properly while also letting me adjust the height depending on whether I’m working on prints, assembling parts, or just monitoring long print sessions. Ended up getting a standing desk from Vernal and so far it is holding up well and my setup looks nice.

Still very early this, but honestly looking forward to learning more and hopefully printing stuff soon.

Do people usually use vibration plates before or after lifting?

I’ve been getting more consistent in the gym lately and slowly trying out different machines/things instead of just sticking to treadmills and dumbbells all the time

Recently noticed a few people using one of those merach vibration plates and now I’m lowkey curious about them lol

Not gonna lie, at first I assumed they were kinda gimmicky, but people seem to actually use them pretty regularly at my gym. I’ve seen some people stand on them before workouts and others use them after lifting, so now I’m confused what they’re actually best for

Is it more of a warmup/recovery thing? Balance/core? Just circulation?

P63 is literally a life saver for remote workers like me

By like me I mean those who prefer working from parks or other outdoor spaces and don't have access to a reliable power outlet. very very convenient!!

Ill as the oft asked question, how to include run and lift daily? I usually think i should run in the morning and lift in the eve, but by eve i am so burnt out with the work I do and the morning run, i end up missing gym days. My mom says doing both daily is ALOT and i should do alternate days. but alternate days feel too easy
