Dings and cell casing lifting on a new unused LiPo

These zees I bought have some surface dings and the per cell casing looks to be lifting a bit, are they okay to use, they didn’t heat when charging and I plan to put a 3d printed hard case on them if that is relevant

Have a 2024, at first level one charging in the garage was going great, as time went on the car began throwing errors, which were fixed at first by plugging it back in, but then it’s been failing to charge and just erroring, and when we took it to dealer they reset code and said it’s fine, same problem again, the garage only has one regular outlet, and it’s a bit finicky, it’s gfci and triggers when I unplug things sometimes, is it the outlet, the dealership was able to charge it no problem
