Crews Control at home
Hi, I have a one month trial of the app and have started with Crews Control. I am trying to decide if I want to commit to the App.
I worked out in a gym for a long time and then transitioned to home workouts. I have dumbbells from 5-50 pounds and a bench. I am looking for something to keep me motivated to work out at home.
I am in first week of crews control and am liking it so far. But already in this week I had to change a lot of exercises due to lack of equipment. Anyone done Crews control for a while with just dumbbells? Is it doable? Or will I not get as much out of it? Thanks
