My contract ended on June 27, 2026, I sent the written notice on May 27, 2026, a 30-day case. But my landlord told me that it's 60 days not 30 days.
Because of this delay, I have to pay $1630 as extra fees for sending my written notice late. Which I have no problem with.
But they for their part, they did not send me the 15 days written notice before the 60 days that they say I should respect. Since they did not send me any written notice,it is illegal to charge this extra fee. I want to know if I'm right or not? Has anyone ever seen a case like mine?
They refuse to admit that they are wrong, can I call them in court.
