I’m going to re-read it to get it fresh in my mind.

It’s fresh out of the lye tank and ready for seasoning.

I’m going to give it to a recent grad as a grad present. If it’s an Asian import that’s fine because the cooking surface is flat and smooth, but I would like to give the recipient the story of the pan if it can be identified.

The last picture is a bonus pic of the #3 Wagner and #7 Piqua, also just out of the lye bat and ready for seasoning.
