Guys, I've read through all the completed unlimited manhwa's and all the ones I'm reading aren't finished😃 I much prefer to binge the completed comic than to read episode by episode. Not to rush the authors but damn 🫣 I'm starving over here. Anyone else?
Personally…… I think it’s getting too dark for me. Not really my cup of tea. It’s getting harder and harder to ignore how toxic and manipulative the ML seems. Am I the only one? Is this just the yandere (if that’s the right word) vibe that I’m not liking?
So I just saw the news that SBS is in talks to adapt Merry Psycho (Her Merry Obsession) and I am genuinely terrified. How on earth are they going to adapt this on a public broadcast network like SBS?!
This novel/webtoon is INSANELY dark. I’m talking about actual psychological thriller elements, major trigger warnings, and scenes that are way too intense for TV (if you know, you know... like what happens in the snow or the psychological/physical torture scenes). They are 100% going to censor and rewrite the whole thing to make it mainstream, which literally ruins the entire point of Han Seo-ryeong’s unhinged madness.
Also, can we talk about the casting? It feels literally impossible. To actually pull off Wooshin and Seoryeong, they need actors who look convincing as foreigners and can casually speak fluent Russian. A typical KDRAMA idol-actor casting is NOT going to hit the vibe.
I’m praying they drop it or move it to a streaming platform like Netflix or TVING because SBS is going to turn this psychological masterpiece into a basic melodrama. I did NOT want this! Is anyone else panicking?
I started reading this from a friends recommended and oh my god it’s amazing. But I’m extremely curious if I’ve finished it and if there’s panels or just the writing?? I’ve heard people talking about “the novel”, a physical novel? and my friends showed me multiple manga panels of it so I’m so confused to what this actually and where it ends?? I got some of the manga from my friend but im not sure if its the end or not and manta only has the writing

What I’ve read so far is yes they fall in love, they find out about Leah’s curse/curses, kidnapping and then move to the dessert just to be snatched up on the wedding day(😞) I’m terribly upset that this is the end, please tell me it isn’t??

But this one took the cake ?
Why ?
They have slavery, Grape, and incest, etc in plenty of their novels and comics
So I'm curious about how bad this comic must have been to tell people they wont be uploading it anymore ?

I've recently come back and all the smut has gone. Why? And where do you go to get some?
All I have seen lately is Manta releasing old Pocket comics manhwas that are 5 years old.
Is anyone else as annoyed as I am with her always holding her hand to her chest?! Like every darn frame, she has her hand clutching at her chest. It's driving me insane.
On Manta you can take a test and if you pass, have your work published, but on Webtoon Canvas anyone has the freedom to publish. My question is, which platform is more promising?
