Are there any manhwa/manhwa that have a love triangle but one where it’s the same gender. Such as one guy and girl going for the same girl romantically not that platonic stuff. Or vice versa.

I’m going to re-read it to get it fresh in my mind.
Ok....Am I the only one who loved this episode? From Maxi standing up for herself, telling Riftan she is stronger than her realizes and that's why she needs and deserves to speak, and then COMING FOR THE DUKE, to Riftan terrifying the Duke in front of everyone, to Agnes calling the Duke out....and overall how P (the artist) made sure to draw Maxi as dignified and regal, Riftan terrorizing the Duke, Agnes being a real one, and the king just tired?
loved it. Also happy with the narrative choice to make it so it ended being private - while I wanted Maxi to be able to stand up against her father like she deserved....even I was worried about her coming out about being a survivor in front of a crowd when people often see pain as entertainment or blame/undermine survivors.....and in this case it would've been a setting with noble men who legally and mentally see women as property . Her getting to say her piece in a private way was beautiful. She got to empower herself, defend her husband, and do it without having to deal with the bias many would have against her or apathy.
The artist P is so good at serving emotion. Really loved seeing Maxi look so regal and composed, the Duke looking belligerent and terrified, and Riftan just darkly terrorizing him.
I do not want other people’s goofy commentary popping up at the end of my dramatic smut, it really ruins the immersive reading experience between chapters. Has anyone found a way to block/turn this off? I’m poking around in settings but haven’t found an option.
Comments are live on Manta!
I don't read many manhwas so this maybe old news.
When I jumped on to read High Society I noticed the comments were enabled! Exciting 😁
So, I've been looking for new manhwas to read, and this one stood out to me because of how popular it is. The female lead, Maxi, looks cute and unique from the usual romantasy FL pipeline, and from what I've read about her personality, she seems like a worthwhile protagonist. The ML, however, I've heard very mixed things about. Main characters and love interests make or break a story for me, so I'm basically asking if this story is worth investing my time and emotional bandwidth on, or should I just not bother.
If not, I'd appreciate it if anyone could recommend me a similar story then. I want more stories with FL like Maxi, personality wise. I don't think I ever get to see stories with anxious, timid, but resilient and stubborn female leads who take on a proactive role outside of taking care of a castle or some shit.
Hi fellow readers!
As you may already know, Manta currently has the “Press Play on BL” event. Several BL titles are being promoted and you can enjoy a lot of free episodes!
Today I’m reviewing Devoured: The Serpent and the Pomegranate
Disclosure: this is an ad
Summary:
In Trastasa, god Amon rules with his human-hearted consort Na-in. Among his devoted Lesha, a new arrival, Rhan Gwen with rare pink hair, captivates him. Consumed by jealousy, Na-in secretly seeks Gwen, and love and despair begin to unravel his once perfect life.
This is a historical, non-Asian story. Na-in one of the MLs is a kind spirit. He has a small frame, with delicate features, and very beautiful. Amon, the other ML is a god and he’s a bit crude. He’s one of those MLs who seems a bit uninterested in the beginning. As the story progresses, you start seeing glimpses here and there of how he cares for Na-in. However, his cold demeanor confuses Na-in. He’s a big, possessive, and attractive ML.
The art is GORGEOUS. The characters are drawn so beautifully that it doesn’t disappoint at all.
You can find the full version with some very spicy scenes; and the regular version without anything explicit if that’s not your thing ;)
I’m curious to know what path the story will take. The third character introduced in the first episodes definitely means there will be a love triangle. If you’re more of a romantic type, this title might not be the best one to binge. But I think it’s worth giving it a try, you might be surprised!!

Every month, we used to get free Manta gem as a subscription holder. It has been days now since the last free gem is distributed for annual subscription holder. Is it only distributed t premium now? Because I don't remember this being the case as a long time annual subscription holder. So am I fucked here because I only use the subs for getting free gem? Only Premium who has this wording:
1420 Gems added every month
Does this mean other subs won't get free gem through reading new episode or new season episode ever again? This is getting ridiculous since the novel discount has been very stngy as well.
😂 Weekly Discussion: Chaotic scenes
This week's discussion is all about Girl Jock Boss and its wonderfully unhinged sense of humor. 💜
Between the MC's reactions, questionable decisions, and moments that seem to escalate from normal to complete chaos in record time, this series definitely knows how to make us laugh.
We've included a couple of screenshots showcasing some of that energy—but now we want to hear from you!
😂 What scene from Girl Jock Boss is your favorite?
Share your favorite funny moments below, and tell us what you think of the series' comedy!
Happy reading! 💜
I started reading "Happy Twogether" because i heard the ML was Brazilian, i was not expecting such a cute and interesting story!
We've reached the end of the main story, so now would be the perfect time to pick it up, especially if you own the subscription ❤️
I could wax poetic about how fun No Moral is, and I've been a fan since the English translation began (a time when Manta actively promoted it as an exclusive BL). It's a sizzling slowburn that builds up ever so slowly, but once it burns, it burns full steam ahead.
Both Sehun and Yoonshin are very lovable characters, and you may spend a good chunk of S1 wanting to throttle Sehun, but his development is very sweet and lovely—perfect if you're in the mood for a cold-blooded top who becomes very loving and devoted.
Yoonshin is exceptionally lovable. He's like a little firecracker who knows when to push and fall back. You watch him grow from a naive human-rights lawyer to someone who is willing to play dirty to ensure that justice wins, but his innate goodness doesn't truly waver either.
It's like watching opposites attract, and once they fall in love, they fumble and make mistakes, but they grow from it, and share a very loving relationship, where they bicker and fight but always meet each other in the middle.
Thankfully, the legal jargon isn't too difficult to understand either, and it offers a very accurate portrayal of how the law works in South Korea, including its pitfalls where sexual assault, spousal violence, and other cases are concerned.
Lastly, it's fully uncensored and uncut, and the artist, SHAMPOO, worked so hard to portray their intimacy 👉👈 Please read it for the good story, stunning art, adorable chibis, and the bickering lawyers and their sexy office romance.
Every week it seemed that there was a new series coming out where you could earn gems if you read the first five chapters, they haven’t done that in the past few weeks.
It’s bumming me out because I can’t get free gems for my new chapters of a gem only story.
Hope they dont stop that its the only thing thats kept the introduction of gems reasonable to me!
This series is one of the few with a really dark ML who's sense of dark justice I am often on board with. In the beginning, Cesare seemed to be cold and violent and "wicked". But the more the comics goes on, the more he legitimately feels like a dark vigilante I 100% approve of and I like how the author slowly revealed the reality of this world so we go from seeing his acts as a sign of his insanity to, well in my case, siding with him. I went from "another dark character with questionable morals for no reason but drama" to "100% approve wish we had more like him".
It's been oddly therapeutic in the midst of issues of how SA has been dealt with in real life and protection of predators? In contrast, this man is "I will slaughter you all even in timelines where you did not have the chance to commit your violations" and I am 100% down with his character. I particularly like the author having him vs his brother....really to me shows that the person with no blood on their hands/the pacifist is not necessarily the better man. I also like the way the author makes clear his manipulation of Eileen is not "sexy" and even has comrades discuss concern/upset.
Anyone else find themselves deeply a fan of him?
I totally get why Seowoo is swooning all the time hahah he's probably at rank one of the most handsome ML I've seen recently 👀
but srsly, they've been going at it so many times now, when will she get pregnant xD
Falling for a dying princess is a great manwa ( although at the same level as your eternal lies).
I wanted to share after reading it in case of brightens someone else's day since I did not see it recommended.
Shiny green flag ML, quest, well developed characters, satisfying ending (although I did read spoilers from the novel for more details on the ending)
It's free on the platform that I use and $5 if you want to buy a one month membership to read it
My babyyyy, I've been waiting for this 😭
I'm about to stop using Manta. There are too many stories that have not concluded and are waiting for another season. Examples: NPC can save the world (just dissapeared, no explanation) Isnelda (2 years and nothing), Totem's Realm (on hiatus since 2024) and many more I can't remember. In some other cases endings are forced and rushed with many unfinished stories and side characters that dissapear. And the abusive/rapey dubcon storylines. I don't mind reading smut, but few stories display positive enthusiastic consent and it's getting repetitive.
It has been over three years since Season 1 ended, and we still haven't gotten an official release date for Season 2.
The Blood Moon is one of Manta's original series, and Season 1 ended back in 2023. Manta currently lists the series as “Season 1 completed”, but there doesn't seem to be any information about when the story will continue.
Are we ever getting Season 2? 😭
Has Manta given any official update about its status?
I know I'm not the only one still waiting for Linnea and Aleksis. 🥲🩸🌙
Manta, please give us an update!
