I'm 5'2" and going to a con in just over a month and struggling to decide who to cosplay

I'm open to suggestions outside of this, but some shows and what not that I like are Critical Role (some of the cast will be at the con I'm going to), the Fire Emblem games (especially 3H, Awakening, and Ike's games), Kingdom Hearts, Spy x Family (I have cosplayed Yor before), Vocaloid, Frieren, Persona 3 and up, Supergiant's Hades games, Apothecary Dairies, and the Owl House (Eda is a character I've debated cosplaying). I also enjoy various magical girl shows, but I think I'm getting a little old to be cosplaying them 🙃.

How many different authors' books would you recommend reading in the genre that you're planning to write in?

I've heard that you should read at least 30 books in the genre that you're planning to write in, but I'm starting to think that if all those books come from one or two authors that I might not get a good feel for the genre as a whole.

Question mainly for the artists: If you were hired to redraw a comic, would you want access to the script or would you be fine with just the comic? You would NOT be expected to also redo the lettering in this case

At this point in my comic making career, I've just been drawing my short practice comics myself as I can't currently afford to hire an artist. As I'm considering doing something longer, I think there's a chance that I may someday want to get such a comic professionally redrawn. I suspect that the way I currently write my scripts really only makes sense to me, so I may want to change how I do my scripts if someone is likely to be working off of them in the future.

I'm just trying to figure out what I should be doing differently now to prepare for possibly hiring an artist in the future.

If it helps, the comics will likely be of similar quality to the below, although I might swap to coloring these digitally. I'd also be fine with the artist changing things that aren't important to the plot (eg the design of the building, character outfits, angles, most colors, etc)
