Hi guys this photo was taken when I went to the hairstylist for a trim. I did not realise the thinning ends had gotten this bad as I have curly hair that I normally wear in a blow dried state. I’ve cut it all off now but wondering how I can make sure it doesn’t happened again. My shedding has massively slowed down and I’ve recovered from iron deficiency anemia + vit D deficiency thank you!
