I don’t know what to do
I’ve had this lump in the middle of my stomach, I went to the doctor and he basically said it’s Diasis recti but I had that it makes my stomach have a B shape. Is this normal? What can I do besides surgery right now to mild this out. It’s been affecting me I hate looking at it.
What do you guys think?
