Looking for someone to take over the lease for a rent-stabilized 1BR/1BA apartment in a luxury building in South Slope.

• Rent: $3,270/month + utilities
• Start date: Oct 26 - Nov 1 (some flexibility)
• Lease ends: April 30, 2027 with option to renew
• Due upon signing: First month’s rent + $3,175 security deposit
• Prospective tenants must apply and be approved by management to take over the lease.

• 4-minute walk to Prospect Ave R train, 12-minute walk to 4th Ave-9th St F/G trains
• 20 minutes to Manhattan / 35 minutes to Midtown

Furniture
I’m looking for someone who is willing to purchase the living room furniture for $450 total, including the couch, chair, tables, kitchen island + chairs, and custom blinds (I paid $700 for the blinds alone)

Ideally, I’d also like to sell the bed frame for $100 (mattress can be included for free if preferred).

Tours

I’ll be scheduling tours in the evenings October 14–16, with potentially some daytime availability on October 17.
