We are planning to buy a flat in Bangalore ( One of the society shortlisted is Century Saras, Yelahanka ) and wanted honest feedback from existing residents or people familiar with the area.

Waterlogging or drainage issues during heavy rains
Water supply situation (BWSSB/borewell/tanker dependency)
Construction quality and any leakage/crack issues
Power backup and maintenance quality
Traffic/connectivity concerns
Safety/security in and around the society
Builder reputation and any legal issues
Hidden costs or maintenance problems
Any major negatives a buyer should know before purchasing
