Of what we’ve seen (or reasonably know) about the characters, who would you say is the happiest at age 32 (picked bc it’s the age we get to see both Rory and Lorelei)?

My contenders:

• Lorelai (kid is home but grown-ish and thriving. Likes her job. having some dating fun)
• Chris (idk, he probably liked being a deadbeat out in CA?)
• ms patty (ok I think this one will be tough to beat. those drums aren’t going to dance on themselves)

Characters I wouldn’t consider:

• Rory (for obvious reasons)
• Sookie (she comes into her own dating Jackson)
• paris (crushing work but going through a divorce)
