Problem with Subscription on old website
So I recently paid for Ultra and the payment went through on my end but on the old website they won’t let me turn off auto renewal, they won’t even give me the button to tap on to turn it off. Is this a problem exclusively to me or is anybody else having the same problem? And if it’s affecting everyone else, any suggestions to stop it from auto renewing before the date?
Clarification: I started the payment process through the old website, I did not pay through the app. And I have an iPhone when using the app.
