9 month un-neutered male cats won’t stop meowing like crazy every single night all night
The title describes my issue. I moved recently and just after, my roommate got 2 cats. They’re adorable, but oh my god the moment the sun goes down they won’t shut up. I’m not talking a few meows here or there. I’m talking about hundreds of loud, begging meows to go outside, every single night, unstoppable between the hours of 8 pm and 6 am. I work at 3 am every morning and so my sleep is precious, and I’m not getting any. I’ve been interrupted and awoken by them about 100 times the last month and can’t take it anymore. I don’t have much control over them because I’m not their owner, but my roommates been mentioning getting them fixed.
Please, anyone who’s dealt with this, will fixing/spaying my 2 male cats help?? I’m praying they shut the fuck up even though I love them very much. I’m really passive/calm and I’m starting to get really angry every time I’m falling asleep and they wake me up, over and over and over for hours.
(Context: I live in their loft, I don’t have an enclosed room to block out any noise whatsoever, a fan doesn’t help, ear plugs make me miss my alarm but don’t help much anyways, blah blah blah)
