My payment was returned unpaid??

Hello, so I didn’t know what to title this, but I’ve had a Discover Student card for a few months now, and twice I’ve gotten an email saying my payment was returned unpaid. The payments were for $118 and $45.

The issue is that the money isn’t going to Discover, and it also isn’t going back to my bank account. I don’t know where my money is going or if this is just something that happens, but I’m down $165.

Should I contact my bank or Discover to possibly get my money back, or is it just gone into the void?

I HATE THIS STUPID CARD

I work at Marshall's, i have been since maybe October of last year. Payroll sucks, I work 4-9 hours a week, the card situation sucks, I hate having to ask about it, and my managers suck ONLY when it comes to the matter of the card. One of them told me off for asking a lady quietly if she wanted a card, the same one told me off for waiting for a woman to pay attention to me to ask for a card, one of them, ONE OF MY FAVORITES, kicked me off register so an older associate could take my place because she gets more cards. They tell me I'll get more hours of I get more cards but how am I supposed to get a card working one day a week?? How am I supposed to get a card in this economy, everyone i ask tells me they dont need another card AND THEY ESPECIALLY DONT NEED ONE WIYH THAT DISGUSTING INTEREST RATE. Customers come up to me and tell me off rip they dont want a card so dont ask, I ask them if I can ask anyway because my manger is within earshot, they allow, do the whole song and dance and I love those ones. Other customers cut me off mid sentence and are just cunts, I like those customers less. Honestly the only reason I still work here is because 1. I love my coworkers, they make it worth it. 2. I'm 21 with limited work experience and I dont think I'll get a job anywhere else, and 3. I hate being the new person at a new job. I dont even make $100 a week, I have to pay off my school loans that were accepted without me knowing and I have a life I need to pay for, this job aint it. I just want more hours and less card stress.
