Removed hard dandruff in wash with salsun shampoo and lost 60/70 hairs but my scalp is clean now , there was no bleeding . Day 40 post op . Did I loose grafts ?
Didn't use nails but the flakes were so hard that I had no other go , did i lose grafts ? Those flakes were never going after 5 /7 washes so I finally decided to apply some pressure , first picture is before and next 2 are current
