Handles and trim are supposed to be brown. These PSPs look black. Everything else is fine. I know that no rep is 100%… but I feel this is a major callout, should I RL?
Please don’t judge. When I agreed to this Loan I was a full-time employee. But due to disability, I lost my job VERY shortly after and very unexpectedly. Getting on SSDI took a very long time. I am now on SSDI, but it is very limited income. My credit score is 677. This is the only negative account I have on my credit report. The company keeps closing and reopening the account every couple of months. I just want this gone. What is the best way to do that? If I have to pay in full, I will. Should I write them a letter? Should I call them? Both? I feel so hopeless about this.
