New tires causing car to “wobble”
2021 kia seltos turbo. Month ago got 4 new tires and alignment. Didnt feel right when driving…veering, wobbly so took back. Said they found problem w/alignment and fixed it. Took car next day on road trip and at times myself and other driver had issues controlling the wobbling…car goes side to side…feels like tires are falling off. Had lug nuts checked…they were tight. Service place stated maybe i just needed to break them in but i was good to continue roadtrip. (Roadtrip 7hrs each way plud daily driving) wobbling continued after road trip…took back again. When i drive on any road thats not smooth its worse…wind increases difficulty to steer…service station said they let air out of my tires…they initially put in 40…drive it for 3 weeks and come back if still doing it…go back tonite and rep who told me come back in 3 weeks acts like nothing she can do…they hadnt seen me figured okay…no…told me 3 weeks…need to talk to head manager tomorrow…i need advice what could be causing this…i maybe a woman but know i shouldnt have to grip my steering hard to control car because of new tires…they are leaning towards this is normal…i drive clients around and they as well feel like the tires are about to fall off…any kdeas? I want to be informed before i go in and face them thinking they can tell me whatever and i have to accept it…appreciate any input…
