I DID IT GUYS!! Ive been panicking hard and convincing myself im delusional, my friends have been trying to tell me she likes me but ive been so worried.
She genuinely has never made me laugh more, she makes me feel valued, shes gentle and kind and sweet, we have the same interests and she actively engages and listens and learns.
My last relationship was abusive, and I was so scared. She was physical and coercive. But this girl has never made me feel safer, shes so patient and kind and understanding and respectful.
Shes intelligent- emotionally and academically- and I have never clicked so much with one person. She supports me doing my university degree (my ex tried to stop me going to university) and she's just wonderful. She allows me to be my bossy femme self and doesnt try to change me or make me something im not.
So today when a girl slid into my DMs I told her as a joke, and she went "TELL THEM TO FUCK OFF (if you want to ofc)" and when I tell you I just needed this dorky masc to understand that I was into her I just straightup went "do i have to wear a shirt to get you to understand honey?" And i just told her I liked her AND IT WORKED!!!! LESBIANISM RULES CHAT!!!!
We're going to be long distance (same country), but even before today she's been planning on coming down to visit me and vice versa. Guys im so happy.
