First chemical pregnancy

After 2 years of trying, I got my first positive pregnancy test on June 26. My husband has low sperm motility, and I have PCOS, so we were told our chances of conceiving naturally were lower. We had talked about seeing a fertility specialist eventually, but since we’re still young, traveling, and enjoying life, we weren’t in a rush. We decided to trust God’s timing.
Seeing that positive test was one of the happiest moments of my life. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I took 10 home pregnancy tests because I was in shock, plus two more at my doctor’s office.
My doctor ordered blood work. My first hCG result (drawn June 27) came back at 80. I had actually taken a pregnancy test on June 18 that was negative, so this all happened very quickly.
Over the weekend I felt so happy and truly pregnant. Then on Tuesday something just felt off emotionally. I couldn’t stop crying, almost like I had already lost someone, even before I knew what was happening. I also started spotting. I tried to stay hopeful and rest.
By Wednesday the spotting became heavier, so I went to the ER. Earlier that morning my hCG was 77, and by that evening at the ER it had dropped to 70. My doctors told me this most likely means I experienced a chemical pregnancy (an early miscarriage).
I’m seeing an OB today to discuss next steps, but my heart is broken. I know chemical pregnancies are common, but that doesn’t make it any easier when it’s your first pregnancy after trying for so long.
Has anyone here gone through a chemical pregnancy and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy afterward? Did your doctor recommend any testing or changes before trying again? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences or any advice. Thank you

Deleting tik tok as a Catholic

I’m a on and off tik tok user since 2020. It was funny light hearted at first, but I started to be more anxious. Constantly comparing myself, wanting everything these influencers promoted. 2023 I deleted it and I felt happy with my simple life. 2024 I became Catholic I would occasionally download it and delete it here and there but I started to notice anytime I had it for more than 2 days I would become angry. I would anxiously start reading and looking up ways to make more money, things to sell. I felt the need to be seen and rich. The more I read about becoming a Catholic the more I realized TikTok even instagram is a trap. Goes against everything we are taught Jesus taught humility, gentleness, kindness, patience, charity, selflessness, modesty, forgiveness, and truth. Why do I feel like I’m in a rush when I have social media. Saw a video of a girl expressing not so nice opinions about baptism and everyone in the comments cheering her on it made me so sad. I’m trying to practice Humility and patience has been my #1 task this year but it’s so hard especially since you can’t really have a business without some social media presence now a days. Does anyone else have a similar experience?

Furniture business

I’m very passionate about furniture and interior design but school has always been hard for me. Has anyone started a furniture design business? Thinking of manufacturing in Mexico but not sure how to start
