Reta, side effects, misconceptions and results

Ok, I’ve had great success using Reta. That said I see people posting tik toks etc where they sit at restaurant just staring at their food because “apparently “ that’s how Reta works? Posting headlines like “you go out to a restaurant but you’re on Reta” and then just sit there staring at their food pretending they can’t eat at all.

For me, I’ve noticed no side such effects. But what I do notice is I get that full feeling much easier. I can still eat whatever I want. Nothing puts me off. I just tend to have left overs because of that “signal” that I did not use to get.

What are you noticing? Do you have more side effects? Do you get that influencer feeling? Or something else.

I’m happy not getting any side effects. I’m 53 years old, I Run Reta,Tesa, motsc and klow. With the help of Reta I am now down to 27.1% body fat according yesterdays dexa scan. It could definitely be more and I still have a long way to go

53 year old 11 week peptide transformation

As an old Aussie fart, I started looking into peptides around 6 months ago. Sourced and bought from multiple overseas vendors over a number of months. Found some great suppliers and got scammed by some too. In February I decide that instead of just looking at what I had bought, that I would actually start to use them as well. Pic 1 is Feb 15 which is the first day I actually pinned. Pic 2 is 3 weeks after. Pic 3 is today which is 11 weeks. Still a long way to go but I’m pretty happy. I’ve collected a vast array of peps. This transformation was done with Reta, Tesa, motsc and klow. I didn’t just pin. I also got my peps tested and watched my nutrition and worked out 3-4 days a week. Whilst the transformation is not as dramatic as most I see on here, it’s still a massive achievement for me. Let’s get pinning!
