2004 sierra wheel issue

I have a 2004 sierra 1500 RWD. We have replaced most of the front suspension and have ran into an issue. We have 20" after market rims and have 2 inch spacers on those. After replacing the inner/outer tie rods, upper control arms, struts, sway bar links and adding a level kit, one tire now sits in further. It looks like its in its normal space without a spacer. What would cause this and how to pull the entire tire back outwards. It's level and alignment otherwise looks ok.

I am not sure which piece actually did it as we noticed it afterwards. But it looked ok after the level kit was installed.

I think the lower control arm moved inwards with all of the taking the tire on and off, having to jack the lower control arm for the struts and upper etc etc.

Thoughts? I know I have to take it for a real alignment once this is done.
