Should i buy a new grinder? [$200]

Currenty i'm using Kingrinder k6 for grinding my coffee beans, but i keep having issues with extraction and idk if it's the grinder or something else but someone suggested a new grinder and i've seen a lot of people reccomending the Baratza Encore grinder.

So now i've been thinking should i stick with Kingrinder k6 or is Baratza Encore better

Channeling issues [DeLonghi Dedica Duo EC890]

So, i have a DeLonghi Dedica Duo EC890, and i'm constantly having channeling issues and the coffee is bitter,
i grind my beans using Kingrinder K6 at 32 clicks (less than that and the espresso machine starts choking)
i don't know what i'm doing wrong is it too fine, am i doing the WDT wrong, too much coffee, not enough, i have no idea.
On the video i used 16 or 17g of dark roast coffee that's about 3 months old but the issues were there even when i used 18g and the coffee was still fresh
