Hey, I followed the "general question" method posted earlier to hopefully try to get a response. Seems like I've gotten a response from a human member, however, I'm not sure how to proceed further in order to ensure I can get my case to T&S for my false malicious conduct ban. Could anyone help me?

I'm 99% sure Natalia is a human associate because I haven't seen her pop up with bot responses from other posts yet, and she signed off with her name unlike how bots sign off with Discord or Discord Support.
