Just got fiber installed at the house today, replacing the old cable from spectrum (nightmare to cancel with them). Since there was no fiber before they ran a new line from in front of the house and around back to where the old spectrum cable came in. The part I’m frustrated about is that the tech said the dig crew will come bury the line sometime in the next 14 days and that they won’t call or alert me ahead of time when they come. I have a dog in the backyard and don’t want a whole crew showing up unannounced and letting my dog out. What can I do that they Atleast alert me when they’re coming to dig?
