Mature follicle and thick lining but low estradiol??

I went in for monitoring today on cycle day 12, after 5 days of 7.5mg letrozole. I have 2 follicles, 25.2mm and 12.9mm. My lining is at 8.3mm. My RE gave me the go ahead so I took my trigger shot and have my IUI scheduled for tomorrow morning. But I was looking at my bloodwork and my estradiol is at 57.7 pg/mL. I'm reading that a mature follicle should produce 150-300. My RE didn't mention anything about this but I'm worried. I sent a message to her but I don't think I'll get a response until tomorrow. In the meantime, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this?

Just got this cute guy today, he's only been in his tank for about an hour. He seems to be hanging out towards the surface, possibly having some buoyancy issues. Not sure if it's just general stress but I feel like he looks bloated too. My 3 year old picked him out so I didn't really notice until we got home.

Tank is full cycled. Ammonia 0 Nitrites 0 Nitrate a little over 0 PH 7.6 (added some cattapa leaves to level things out). 78 degrees F. Obviously haven't fed him yet and don't plan on it.
