Airtel at it again

I should have gone forward with my port request to jio.
The customer called me to ask why I was porting, reason being no true unlimited 5g. The lady on the customer care said I only recharge for 299, it does not have any 5g perks, it is a 4g recharge.

I recharged for 349 then, 2gb/day + unlimited 5g.

Well I am not getting any unlimited 5g, it just shifts to the 4g network despite being in a 5g network area. To make things worse, I am only getting 1.5 gb/day and not 2 gb/day.

The customer care number is just a bot who can't even register requests properly and can't even log a request on the Airtel app as some of the IP addresses are inaccessible, the customer care bot just tells that there has been an issue and our team is working on it.

Why to even pay them when half of the internet is inaccessible? (using jio network to post this)
