20M post septoplasty/turbinate reduction/Endoscopic Sinus Surgery — what’s realistically achievable for facial growth at my age (ccw rotation)? Trying to separate evidence from hype

Chronic nasal obstruction for most of my life, recently diagnosed with silent sinus syndrome. I got sinus and nose surgery days ago. I have a descent amount of downward growth but I think my overall bone growth is there like nothing is truly recessed. Wide palate though, no crowding, 8 tooth smile. Late puberty history if that’s relevant to anything.

For context, I’m like 5’10, really lean, have like descent facial genetics for my bad habits. Maxilla that’s downwards grown straight ish nose that kind of curves down. I have terrible posture and fhp (actively fixing it)

Basically the airway was obstructed for 20 years and I’m wondering how much of the downstream facial pattern is realistically still responsive now facial bones are for bone remodeling and ccw rotation of the mandible and maxilla. I’m not necessarily talking abt bone growth just proper movement naturally that gets talked about a lot on this page.

What I’m actually trying to figure out:

I’m trying to figure out where the honest line is. Specifically:

• Is it possible to achieve some sort of ccw rotation naturally through fixing habits like tounge posture, drastically improving sleep quality

Thank you all, and if you need anymore info I can give it via pm id love to learn more about this community 💟
