Hello everyone wanted to make myself available for anyone in need of handyman or general labor work in SD county. I’m available for routine or emergency tasks.

Property maintenance and repairs
Junk hauling, site cleanup, demolition
Any sort of handyman/construction task

My rate varies based on the task for hourly labor work I charge $50/hr minimum 1 hour and a flat rate per project for handyman work depending on what’s needed. I’m happy to do recurring maintenance tasks or one off jobs. I have a truck and own all my own professional quality tools and have worked on renovations, property maintenance, and new construction for the last 7 years.

If anyone has questions or would like me to elaborate on my experience feel free to dm me. I’m generally able to fit any project in within 24-48 hours and am happy to come out same day or off hours anytime schedule permits.

If anyone knows the red card involved in an accident on the 805n ramp yesterday around 5:15pm I have dash cam footage of the accident showing the other driver swerved to change exits and caused everything. Feel free to dm me if you need a copy of vid I gave 911 the chain of events they didn’t seem to care about video when I mentioned it.

I pulled both of these from packs and they went directly into holders. The qc on Topps Japanese product is significantly higher and neither cards have any visual issues I’ve noticed. If you need more specific photos of any part of the cards just ask.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a fitter anywhere in SD county that can refit an existing set of srixon irons? Best case is someone who works off a range trackman but a solid sim setup would be fine for my purposes. I’ve called a few places that only wanted to sell new clubs. I’d prefer to avoid club champion if possible. Thank you in advance!

I have spent the last 10 years as an executive level operating principal or consultant in the real estate/construction space. I hold an advanced degree in real estate, LEED cert, real estate and mlo license in addition to my general b license. My experience spans single condo sales and renovations to institutional sized tax credit multi family acquisitions, multi family development and construction at all scales, and commercial development and brokerage in several major product types. Currently I am supporting a client in a lawsuit against another gc and working closely with the attorneys and multiple expert witnesses. As an owners rep, I have essentially been doing my own independent analysis which has drawn ostensibly the same conclusion and created the same supporting docs as the expert. I’ve enjoyed the research process and working with the legal team. I’d like to start offering these services in a more formal manner and market myself directly to attorneys across the US. It would be great if anyone who hires forensic construction/real estate experts has any feedback on ways to make myself known.

Where do you typically find expert witnesses for these claims? Are places like jurispro and seak necessary places to market myself or are most of you connecting with experts elsewhere?

I’ve been deposed but not as an expert witness. What kind of qualifications do you look for in witnesses or forensic experts if they have minimal litigation/trial experience?

Any general advice for how to best position myself to get noticed and provide value to attorneys in need of these services.
