I honestly think the whole “1% better every day” mindset is overrated in fitness.
Your body doesn’t work like a video game skill tree where stats go up daily. Some days you feel strong, some days everything feels heavy for no reason That’s normal.
Real progress is adaptation over time; keep working it OUT 💪
