I calculated the aggregate I am standing at 288.5 the last year 2nd list cut off for ISC science in ba english honours was 295 so I was in doubt if I should apply but this year people in cbse or wb board got less marks so maybe the cut off will decrease? Should I apply? Please help!

Help!!! I am from isc science stream I wanted to apply to xaviers but I got 93 percent in boards and 98 in English So I don't see any hope for Xavier's so which colleges I should apply for english honours?
