should i still try to sell dolls that are missing parts?

hello everyone! i hope i used the right flair.. i dont collect monster high dolls so im unsure of how to go about getting rid of the ones i have before i move. they were childhood toys so theyve definitely experienced some wear and tear, and most of them are missing their original accessories/clothes/in some cases, limbs. should i just try to sell them all in a lot? do any of you buy dolls for their parts? or should i just toss them/donate what i can?

you do not have to be- its actually helping me pass.

pre t, i was around 180 lbs (82 kg), at 5'11". i held a lot of weight in my hips and thighs, with a small waist that gave me a very feminine/curvy figure. all id seen online were people complaining about the weight gain, how it made them look more curvy, and it scared me off of starting t for months

currently, 11 months on t, im around 200 lbs (~91 kg). i have gained weight. however, it is all going to my waist and stomach. my hips, thighs, and butt haven't gotten any smaller, but the extra width in my waist gives my body a more rectangular shape rather than an hourglass. i look more masculine and more proportionally balanced, it has done WONDERS for my body image and confidence.

obviously i cant speak to everyones experience, but as someone whod only seen negative things about weight gain on t i wish i wouldve come across a post like this before i started :)
