I just launched a cloud-based POS app (WMSbiz.CLOUD/POS) and need your brutal feedback on features.
Hey everyone,
I'm a developer, and I’ve spent the last several months building a new cloud-based Point of Sale system calledWMSbiz.CLOUD/POS.
We have recently launched the initial version, and our main goal right now isn’t aggressive sales—it’s getting real-world feedback from business owners, retail managers, and anyone who uses a POS system daily.
Our focus was building something clean, fast, and highly responsive in a mobile layout so it works smoothly on touchscreens and phones without feeling clunky. It acts as an extension of our broader warehouse management ecosystem, but we wanted a standalone, nimble checkout experience.
What I’m looking for from you:
- If you run a retail shop or small business, what is the single biggest annoyance you have with your current POS setup (e.g., Shopify, Square, Lightspeed, Loyverse)?
- What features are absolute "dealbreakers" for you if you were switching to a new platform? (Multi-terminal syncing, offline mode, barcode scanner integrations, custom receipt variables, etc.)
If you have a few minutes to poke around the interface, I would love your honest feedback on the layout, usability, and speed.
I’m actively coding and updating this daily, so if there is a killer feature you’ve always wanted in a checkout app but could never find, let me know in the comments and I’ll try to build it in!
Thanks a lot, mate. Appreciate any advice or critiques you can throw my way.
