Can't put in my OMNY Transit Account Number
I'm trying to apply for the fair fare omny discount, but the box to enter the
OMNY Transit Account Number is grayed out. I can't type in it but it won't let me proceed without entering. The only option I can move forward with is to receive a whole new card but I don't want to own two omny cards :/ has anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it?
