The light is now mounted above pointing down, the plant is about two feet under it. Thanks for all the help! 🪴

I heard monsteras thrive in humid environments like bathrooms, but my bathroom has zero windows. I also know they like indirect light, so I pointed a grow light towards the ceiling so it will reflect onto the tops of the leaves. Will this make it happy or will I regret this later?
