i havent played val in a week or so, and when I boot valorant today its like 3fps on homepage and takes 10 seconds to just click a button on the other side of the screen. I tried playing other games and i think my laptop is perfectly fine... how do I fix this?

laptop is a hp victus 16, rtx 3050 and i5 core
