What kind of lens flare is this?

What kind of lens flare is this?

I usually shoot on my RF glass but picked up a very cheap EF 24mm 1.4 II and I adore it. It flares like crazy, which I’m enjoying for the kind of work I do, but last night I got this crazy flare casting lines all over my image. It looks awesome and I’m so curious as to how this happens and what is responsible for this type of flare. Not looking to minimise it at all, but I’ve just never seen a lens flare like it in my ten year career and I’m fascinated!

My R6ii had its sensor fried by a laser a while back. Asked CPS if they could ship the broken sensor back with the repaired camera and have this fascinating little momento to hold on to. Totally unnecessary? Sure. But fun to see the heart of something I use near every day.
