I never expected to be writing this post but here we are. I'm staying at the Hampton by Hilton in Kaiserslautern in Germany. Everything was going great and it was shaping up to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Unfortunately, the one who cleaned my room also picked up my toothbrush while I was at work. It's an Oral-B IO Series 9 so it's not cheap. The hotel doesn't want to reimburse me for it and I don't know what to do. The least I can do is warn people that even at the Hilton, your stuff isn't safe.
Edit: Obviously, I wouldn't leave such a toothbrush on the counter. I dried it and stored it in a drawer. That means somebody was looking through my stuff. They had no excuse to open the drawer and go through my things
