Problem/Goal: I accidentally sent money to the wrong number and i cant contact them (Gcash)

Context: I was at a pay&go machine and i was super tired and didnt realize i put the wrong number in and i accidentally sent it. The number is 09**3515788 i honestly dont even know if this is allowed but i really need that money back to pay ny bills and im so scared that i’ll never get it back

Previous Attempts: I have sent a ticket to pay&go for jf they can do ANYTHING about it and i have also tried calling and texting the number but it was said to be out if service and i really need to get a hold of that person.
