Just got to the Abyss and this fella is in camp. I've been here long enough to snag the portal keys, open the portal to Alushynara (sp?), realize Inheribro won't offer to heal me yet,. step into the city, immediately come back to camp, pop a rest, and talk to Greyboring. He's not a companion's pet, and I've never seen him before.

So, uh, what the doggy doing?

edit: Rast does not interact in any way, and persists after save load and even a relaunch of the game.
