Racing Camp for Adult Sailors?

does such a thing exist? anywhere in the US? I have been sailing for 45 years, but have raced since I was 12. Id like to go away for a long weekend or week, and learn everything I need to know about racing, and sailing in heavier winds. TIA!

Is this a tension issue or did I add a stitch?

I was worried I had an accidental yarn over, so i laddered down and back up 5 or 6 rows, but maybe the problem is something else? If it is just a tension issue, how could I have gotten so out of whack in that one spot? TIA!
PS, I did a bit of frogging, so some stitches are twisted, but I am not worried about that at this point in my knitting efforts
