base64 to wallpaper

Hello! I wanna prank my friends by sending them a shortcut and when they open it it sets their wallpaper to a funny picture and a funny song (the song works) the photo doesnt. The thing is they dont have the picture so I converted it to base64 and I am trying to set it as a wallpaper but I am having trouble I will attach a photo so u can see. if anyone can help u will be an accomplice to a prank :) 🫡

Hii! I have a question. I want to know how fast do u have to accelerate so that the air in a car moves to the backseats and the front becomes a vacuum and u wont be able to breathe. I tried asking google ai and chat gpt but they give me absurd answers. First time it said 2k g then 94k g then 60k g then 1 g xD
