Had a good thing going with someone, first time in like forever I actually had a good vibe via app since I just move to meeting IRL for a date. We were still talking cause our date was a little over a week away, and I said something that I thought was really cringe but I was just trying to say something to not be too boring and I am so nervous that she's just going to ghost and cancel now.

It was innocent, but just a cringey/corny type of thing in an attempt to be cute. I even asked my friend for a girl's opinion and all she sent was "😬"

Should I just prepare to be ghosted/unmatched or would someone still tolerate that? I know it sounds immature to worry so much but dating has been such hell on these apps with all connections either dying on the app or after the first date and I'm stressed about something seeming passable for once lol.
