I'm currently trying to apply to bachelor programs in The Netherlands and even though I've graduated, I won't get my diploma for another 1-4 years (I'm very shocked by how long it takes). However, I'm having issues when applying because I'm asked for a diploma which I do not have, I have proof that I paid for it but I don't think that will be of much use, what can I do?

So I'm currently applying to art bachelor degrees in The Netherlands and I wanted to ask if the English proficiency test is something included in the application process or if it's something I need to do on my own.
