I find blade like okay in qp but I wouldn't touch him in rank because Im not confident.
But I would like is make him his own identity stand out slightly better
-make his parry reflect the first attack in the split window but reduce incoming damage to 70% instead of 80% and depending on what attack hits is what happens next
Projectile Range attack gets deflected back
Melee hits get cancelled and blade can do a quick attack automatically and still keeps Scarlet up
Aoe attacks or attacks that doesn't fit the first two gets damage reduction to 80%
unstoppable and timing is kept the same
-thousand cut charge up decrease time needed to max distance by 10%
Max energy increases by 100 or 200 energy so 2900 or 3000 respectfully
Duration goes from 2 to 1 second instead (faster attacks all at once)
Damage and anti heals aren't affected
Honestly I feel blade has the right weapons and tool set but it's not calibrated right as his block only affect what he see in front and the ultimate is way too slow to be meaningful.
Don't know if someone already said this though so I'm just writing blind
