I want to get people's opinions on food before bed for sleep. There is data to show that genuinely eating nothing within 5 hours of sleep really improves sleep but then there is also data that shows a small amount of carbs and certain fruits like kiwis and bananas can improve sleep too. Anyone who has been experimenting with or looking into this what did you find?
