Does anyone have recommendations for reasonably priced gutter replacement?

Hey folks. I have a shitty chest piece that needs covered up. A bad red rose and some dumb tribal stuff. A regrettable choice from a different life a long time ago. For the first time in over a decade, Id like to be able to enjoy summer again without being ashamed and embarrassed lol.

Are there any artists in redding who specialize or are very good at cover ups?
