I’m looking for ideas on how others manage and visualize a large territory.

I’m currently covering a very wide geography, and my accounts are hospitals, ASCs, dermatology offices, and even veterinary clinics. As the territory continues to grow, I want a better way to organize everything so I can clearly see where my opportunities are and where I should be spending my time.

One idea I’ve been considering is getting a large physical map and pinning each account, with some type of key to identify top accounts by product line or priority. Something visual that gives me a quick snapshot of the territory.

At the same time, I know there are probably more efficient systems whether that’s CRM setups, mapping software, or ways to layer in data like case volume, product usage, or growth potential.
Curious how others are doing this:

• How do you track and prioritize accounts across a large geography?
• Are you using anything visual like mapping tools?
• What’s worked well and what hasn’t?
